Greg has focused his talents as an Athletic Trainer to help motivated people achieve their performance goals. He looks at the whole and complex picture of each client, developing individually tailored conditioning and rehabilitation plans to rebuild muscular deficiencies and maximize physical performance.

            Impressive results for clients suffering from locked-in syndrome and the effects of

            Stroke related paralysis.

Performance training for amateur, world-class and professional athletes

            Clients include: 3 NBA athletes, 2 presently active, one retired

2012 World Champion Gold medal swimmer, backstroke, & American record holder, 50 Freestyle.




In 1994, Greg founded REBOUND FITNESS AND REHABILITATION, which leverages his talent to a higher level, enabling him to work with a broader network of clients.  Rebound’s amazing results are led directly by Greg’s hands-on involvement with all clients, coupled with a system of supervision led by two trusted sports medicine educated Athletic Trainers, each having worked side by side with Greg for over 6 years.


Greg has brought together a strong team of professionals including:

            7 clinicians (3 Physical Therapists & 4 Athletic Trainers)

            3 consulting physicians, including a former NFL team physician, internist and

            head of neurological surgery at Good Samaritan Hospital, Chicago

 Presently Rebound serves over 160 clients weekly from two Chicagoland offices.


Greg Cadichon:


  • Graduate, Illinois State University, B.S. Athletic Training, 1990
  • Licensed, Board Certified Athletic Trainer since 1994
  • Issued two patents; the Cadlow Shoulder Stabilizer, and a patella stabilizer
  • One patent pending: anti-slip shorts for knee brace
  • Developed and managed a successful corporate rehabilitation center for Abbott Labs, a Fortune 100 company, managing 140 patients weekly. Developed and 

            Implemented injury prevention and rehabilitation protocols for industrial workers
