Description

The Stretch Book: An Interactive Guide To Restore Flexibility

The authors have created this interactive book to give people a safe and efficacious way to stretch every major muscle group from the neck to the ankles. And all these stretches are performed using only a foam roller and a strap.

We wanted people to have a description of the stretch and an understanding of which muscles are being stretched in each exercise. Familiarity with the guide will mean that one can do all the stretches in a short period of time and quickly feel the benefits.

We believe that regular use of this guide to stretching will increase flexibility of the muscles and the joints of the body. Increasing flexibility will improve posture and balance and allow the body to withstand more physical stresses. Increased muscle flexibility will restore muscles to their normal length which allows them to work more efficiently and be stronger. Athletes committed to regular stretching can also see an increase in sports performance.

Includes Instructional Video for Each Functional Stretch
