I have been training with Rebound Fitness since I was 11 years old. During my time at Rebound, I have been helped with overcoming injuries and have continued to improve my athletic performance in the pool. For a swimmer, it requires vigorous strength and endurance training to help build muscle and prevent injury. With all the workouts and stretches, Rebound has provided me with an advantage over my competitors. Stretching has played an important role in keeping flexible, mobile, and ready to compete, which allows me to perform at my best. Thanks to Rebound, I am now proudly an IHSA State Qualifier as a sophomore at Glenbrook North Highschool.
