Being a competitive heavyweight strongman and power lifter is tough on the body. Injuries are common and aches and pains are part of the game. That being said, since I’ve started working with Rebound, I have noticed a significant decrease in the duration and severity of injuries I have sustained. From neck and back spasms to muscle strains and joint pain, they’ve helped me recover from it all. In the past year and a half with Rebound, I have worked on mainly mobility and flexibility, which has positively impacted my performance.
