“I came to Rebound Fitness during my senior cross country season in high school. After getting tendinitis in September and a stress fracture in October, the staff was able to diagnose the cause of my injury and exactly what I needed to work on. Being a former swimmer transitioning to running, I needed to make my legs and hips much more flexible, and I also needed to improve my gluteus and hip strength in order for me to have better running form. Over the next couple months, I worked on strengthening my entire body while my stress fracture healed. I was also able to recently start running with my long distance track team as we gear up for the track season. Once my new running form becomes a habit, I aim to go sub 2 minutes in the 800 and sub 4:30 in the 1600 during the spring track season 2020. After high school, I also aim to run at the NCAA division 3 level cross country and track and field. All of this would not have been possible without the help of the whole team at Rebound Fitness.”
